Shipping & Delivery Policy
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3–5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
AROMACHARM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3–5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on 9512501100 or customercare@ence.in.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed the same day and dispatched by 5 PM for all orders received before 4:30 PM; orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Processing may take slightly longer during sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, Which will be informed by our customer care well in advance
2. Address & Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.
- Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. In case of failure, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
3. Shipping Timelines
- Within India: Your Ence order is usually delivered within 3–4 working days.

Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 6 Business days
- International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India.
4. Shipping Costs
- Orders below ₹999: flat shipping fee of ₹60
- Orders ₹999 and above: complimentary shipping
5. Reverse Shipment Charges
- If a return is approved, a reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will apply.
6. Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, Shipway will send you confirmation and tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
7. Damages & Issues
- If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please contact us at customercare@ence.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging to be shared on whatsapp customer care number i.e. 9512501100
- We will assist with replacements or refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Exception & Delays
- Shipping timelines may be affected by unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
- Ence will not be liable for delays beyond our control but will support you in tracking and resolving issues with our logistics partners.
