The Ritual
On first use, insert all reeds and allow 24 hours for the fragrance oil to travel fully up the sticks. Flip the reeds weekly to refresh the scent — more frequent flipping increases intensity; less frequent flipping extends the life of the oil. Avoid placing near open windows, air conditioning vents, or in direct sunlight, as this accelerates evaporation. Keep away from polished surfaces, as the oil may cause discolouration. Top up with ENCE refill oil when fragrance begins to fade.
