Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
• Products must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
• Used products (including burnt candles or opened diffusers) are not eligible for return
• Returns will not be accepted based on fragrance preference or liking

Complimentary Product Return

• Complimentary product must be returned along with the main product
• If the complimentary product is:
  • Not returned, OR
  • Used / damaged

Its MRP value will be deducted from the refund

Return Shipping Charges

• For returns without damage or defect:
  • Return shipping charges of Rs.100/- will be borne by the customer
• Charges may be deducted from the refund amount

Damaged / Defective Products

• Customer must share images or videos with customer support
• Returns will be processed only after approval
• Customers are recommended to record an unboxing video for faster resolution
• ENCE may request additional proof for validation
• Once approved:
  • Replacement or refund will be processed
• Return shipping may be covered by ENCE, subject to verification

Partial Returns

• Offer eligibility will be recalculated

Cancellation

Delivery Issues
