Return Eligibility

  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
• Used products (including burnt candles or opened diffusers) are not eligible for return

Fragrance Preference Clause

• Returns will not be accepted based on fragrance preference or liking

Return of Complimentary Product

• In case of return:
  • All products in the offer set must be returned
• If the complimentary product is:
  • Not returned, OR
  • Used / damaged

Its value will be deducted from the refund

Partial Returns (Important)

• Partial returns will lead to offer recalculation
• Customer may:
  • Lose offer eligibility, OR
  • Be charged the full price of retained products

Return Shipping Charges

• For returns without damage or defect:
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• Charges may be deducted from refund

Damaged / Defective Products

• Customer must share images or videos with customer support
• Returns will be processed only after approval

• Once approved:

Cancellation
